What forms of payment are accepted?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and Cash only.

How do hourly packages work?

This package is designed for people who require services on a reoccurring basis. Hours will be prepaid before services begin. Hours will be deducted as they are used. Updated Activity reports with remaining balance sent after each service.

What are the advantages of the Prepay hourly packages?

Does the Prepay hourly amount cover the amount of items purchased for the service?

No. The amount that is Prepaid is for the time spent on services. For example, if you schedule for cleaning services the hours spent cleaning will be deducted from the Prepaid amount. If you schedule for dinner to be picked up the time spent will be deducted from the prepaid amount and the amount for dinner will have to be paid by the client.

Can the Prepaid hourly package be used for all services?

No. The Prepaid hourly package is used for clients that require reoccurring services. Event planning, beauty services, and personal styling services are not included and must be custom priced.

If I Prepay for hours and then decide that I no longer want to utilize the service, what happens to my remaining balance?

In the event that we can not accommodate your request as a result of our mishap we will give a full refund of any amounts remaining. If the request of remaining balance is due to no fault of the company a 20% Cancellation Fee will be assessed.
